Span Elite is not responsible for any loss or damage of product in the US Postal System unless Span Elite insurance is purchased. Span Elite offers internal insurance at a flat rate of 5% of your order total.
Product returns must be authorized by Span Elite, and returned at the customer's expense. Refunds for mis-ships and other order errors must also be approved by Span Elite.
Customers must open a ticket to initiate a return, refund, or insurance claim. This can be done by logging on to the Span Elite website, clicking on your name, and selecting My Tickets in the account dashboard.
Damage Air Freight:
Any Air Freight product received damaged must be reported the day of delivery from the air carrier. Customer must open a ticket on the Span Elite website to initiate Air Freight claim.
Lost Air Freight:
All Claim Tickets via your Account Dashboard on Span Elite’s website for lost air freight product must be completed within 14 days of shipment.
